1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using dynamicleading.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.

These terms apply to Jeabas, Inc. (doing business as Dynamic Leading), a California corporation.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to SMS messaging from Dynamic Leading, you agree to the following terms:

Opt-in: You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from Dynamic Leading by completing the opt-in form at dynamicleading.com/opt-in/ and checking the consent boxes for the types of messages you wish to receive.
Message types: Marketing messages include promotions, service announcements, and special offers. Transactional messages include service updates, appointment reminders, account alerts, and billing notifications.
Message frequency: You will receive approximately 2-4 marketing messages per month. Transactional message frequency depends on your service activity. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out: You can opt out of all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Dynamic Leading will process your opt-out request within 1 business day.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@dynamicleading.com.
Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier associated with receiving SMS messages from Dynamic Leading.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS messaging from Dynamic Leading.

Dynamic Leading does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jeabas, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Representations

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose
You are at least 18 years of age

5. Purchases and Payment

If you purchase services from us, payment is processed through our payment providers (Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal). All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once work has been delivered.

6. Consulting Services

Dynamic Leading provides business consulting services. All engagements are governed by a separate Consulting Services Agreement with a minimum 90-day term and 14-day written notice to terminate. Consultant retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks and methodologies. Clients own custom materials built specifically for them.

Our services are governed under California law, with venue in San Diego County.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe upon the rights of others
Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

8. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeabas, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or services.
